CALL FOR ENTRY: Studio Arts at the Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre is hosting its first public entry exhibit! Buy this entry ticket to be emailed a form for entry within 72 hours. Images will be curated by Arthur Greenblatt (Prev. Dundas Valley School of Art) and will be hung in our gallery from May 5th until June 30th. "Images of Hamilton" A Juried Photography Exhibition Submission Deadline: Friday April 14, 2023 Exhibition Dates: May 5 - June 30 Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre Gallery READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING: Images must be taken in the City of Hamilton Three pieces of work allowed per artist. Digital images for jurying purposes must be in jpeg format, maximum size 4MB All work must be created by the entrant. The creator/artist must be a resident of the City of Hamilton. Please provide full image credits for your submission including dimensions of print and print method (eg. 8x11 silver gelatin print, framed) Only those entries will be considered which are complete ie. Include all items listed in the above For work selected for exhibition: Works should be ready to hang, mounted or framed and with hanging wire. The gallery reserves the right to disqualify any work that misrepresents what was submitted on the CD used in the jury process. The jury’s decision is final. No entry may be withdrawn once it has been accepted. Transporting the piece to and from the gallery is the responsibility of the artist and must take place within the specified time periods. The gallery will insure the work to a maximum of two hundred dollars while the work is on the premise. The artist grants Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre the right to photograph accepted works for publicity, educational and catalogue purposes only. We can't wait to see what our community can create!
