Big Hearts Little Theatre Presents: Forever Fosse

A Celebration of a Broadway Legend

A tilted bowler hat. A flick of the wrist. A turned-in knee. A slow, deliberate glance.

Few artists have left a mark on Broadway as unmistakable as Bob Fosse.

Big Hearts Little Theatre proudly presents Forever Fosse: A Celebration of the Movement and Music of Bob Fosse, an electrifying theatrical concert honouring the legendary director, choreographer, and visionary whose distinctive style revolutionized musical theatre.

Featuring unforgettable music from Chicago, Cabaret, Sweet Charity, The Pajama Game, Fosse, and Liza with a Z, this dynamic production brings together theatrical dance, musical performances, and engaging narration in a celebration of Fosse's extraordinary artistic legacy.

Produced, directed, and choreographed by Erin Newton, the concert features original choreography inspired by Fosse's iconic movement vocabulary. Rather than recreating his work, Newton offers a fresh artistic interpretation, embracing the precision, musicality, expressive detail, and theatrical storytelling that made Fosse's choreography so revolutionary.

From the sultry sophistication of All That Jazz to the rhythmic energy of Steam Heat, audiences will experience Broadway favourites brought to life through bold ensemble performances, expressive character work, and captivating theatrical movement.

Presented in the intimate Voortman Studio Theatre, Forever Fosse invites audiences to experience the artistry of Broadway jazz up close, where every gesture, expression, and musical accent tells a story.
